Babbucce azzurre

Buona sera a tutti!!

Adoro l'atmosfera natalizia... le luci per le strade, la gente che esce dai negozi con dei pacchettini in mano (è vero sì... la crisi... ma la gente a Natale compra lo stesso, magari spende meno, ma qualche regalino lo fa sempre), i cori dei bambini delle scuole elementari che intonano "Jingle bells!! Jingle bells!!", i mercatini di Natale, il freddo, la neve che qui non scende mai, le serate passate a casa sul divano con un bel plaid a guardare i film di Natale (i soliti film di Natale che ripassiamo ogni anno... ma vanno sempre bene!), sorseggiando cioccolata calda con i piedini al calduccio grazie alle nuovissime babbucce all'uncinetto (mi sembra di aver già accennato precedentemente qualcosa in merito su questo blog.... ).

I love Christmas atmosphere.. lights on the streets, people exiting from stores with little packages in their hands (ok.. there's crisis... but people buy anyway for Christmas, maybe spend less money, but always buy little presents), choirs of children from elementary schools singing "Jingle bells!! Jingle bells!!", Christmas markets, the cold, the snow that here doesn't fall, evenings passed at home on the couch whit a good plaid watching Christmas films (usual Christmas films we watch every year... but they're always fine!), drinking a hot chocolate with feet in the warm thanks to new crochet slippers (think I already mentioned something about it on this blog...).

Sono molto graziose specialmente per l'effetto glitterato della lana con lurex argento.

Il tipo di filato che ho utilizzato è per ferri n. 3 - 3½, ma non ho seguito "alla lettera" le spiegazioni, le ho leggermente personalizzate (lo schema, utilizzando questo tipo di filato, è proporzionato per un piede n. 36. Io porto 38 quindi ho aggiunto tre giri in più a metà lavoro prima di passare al tallone).

The type of yarn I've used is for irons n.3 - 3½, but I've not followed exactly the pattern, I've personalized them. The scheme, using this type of yarn, is proportioned for a foot n. 36 (italian measure, at least 4½ (?) with american measurement). I have a foot n. 38 (italian measure, at least 6 (?) with american measurement), so I've added three more rings at half work before to sew the heel part.

Lo schema originale, ovvero questo che ho postato, è di una calza che arriva fino al ginocchio. Io ho realizzato invece un piccolo bordo con la svolta.

The original scheme (that I've posted here) is about a sock reaching the knee, I've sewn a little border with a lapel instead.

Adesso vado a completare gli altri lavori in cantiere, spero di finirli presto così posso farveli vedere!!
